Offer financing at checkout. The loan stays yours.

Your terms appear beside the policy quote. When an insured signs your agreement, the platform takes the down payment and sends the loan to you to book. You fund the MGA, collect the installments and keep the loan and the lien.

Why partner with us

  • Offers at checkout

Your offers appear beside the policy quote, where insureds of MGAs, carriers and agencies decide how to pay.

  • Funding handled

The platform takes the down payment, matches your funding to each loan and sends return premium back with a remittance file.

  • The loan stays yours

Your agreement, rates and lending decisions. The insured repays you directly; the platform never lends or collects installments.

Who this is for

A premium finance company that pays an insured's premium when the policy is bound, holds a lien on the policy, and is repaid in installments.

  • Your own premium finance agreement, disclosures and rates

  • Every lending decision stays with you

  • You are not a party to the policy; repayment is between you and the insured

How it works

One financed policy, end to end: who sends what, to whom.

  1. Step 1: Functional Finance to Insured.

    Your terms at checkout

Quoted through your API, beside the policy quote.

  2. Step 2: Insured to Functional Finance.

    Accept and sign

The insured signs your finance agreement at checkout.

  3. Step 3: Insured to Functional Finance.

    Down payment

Collected at signing; settled before your booking is asked for.

  4. Step 4: You, the lender to Functional Finance.

    Book or decline

A decline refunds the down payment; the insured pays another way.

  5. Step 5: You, the lender to MGA (Outside the platform).

    You fund the MGA

On your contract's cadence; the platform matches it to each loan. The platform never lends.

  6. Step 6: Insured to You, the lender (Outside the platform).

    Repays you directly

If payments stop, you ask the MGA to cancel; the cancellation reaches the platform from the policy system.

Build it with AI

Your engineers start from a ready-made prompt

Once your developer access is approved, each program's interface page gives you a ready-made AI prompt: the contract, every key flow and the events, grounded in our API reference, OpenAPI spec and llms.txt.

Paste it into Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, Replit or Lovable.

Return premium and liens

  • Anything uncollected on the policy is cleared first; you never receive more than was collected.

  • While you hold an active lien, midterm return premium comes to you, less anything uncollected, by ACH with a remittance file.

  • With no lien, state rules and the financing agreement decide where it goes.

Compliance

  • Your agreement carries the Regulation Z disclosures and each state's premium finance disclosures.

  • You keep rates and finance charges within each state's ceilings.

  • Your power of attorney lets you request cancellation for non-payment.

  • Once recorded, your notice of acceptance and lien are binding on the policy's money.

  • You hold the state licenses premium finance requires.
